ORDER INFORMATION
ORDER MINIMUMS - There is a minimum order of 12 for all
one and two color printing, 24 for all three color printing, 36 for all
four color printing, and 48 for all five and six color printing.
SCREEN CHARGE - There is a $35 screen charge for each color
on the shirt (One time fee).
TURNAROUND - Orders are normally completed within two
weeks of the initial order date.
RUSH ORDER - Orders can be completed in as few as 4 days for an additional fee. Email or call us for details.
POLICY FOR PAYMENT - For all NEW customers we require a 50%
deposit at the time the order is placed, and the balance upon completion of the order. Other terms are available for repeat customers.
PICK-UP & SHIPPING - Completed orders can be picked up at
our office in Bowie, Maryland between the hours of 5:30 PM
and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. Shipping arrangements provided by UPS Ground or FedEx, unless otherwise requested.
ARTWORK
GENERAL INFORMATION - Artwork can be up to 6 colors. Our in-house artists can work with your own design or create one for you. Please call or email us for details.
ARTWORK SUBMITTION - Artwork should be "camera ready" and color separated in the form of a hardcopy or electronic file. If your artwork requires color separation, an additional charge applies.
HARDCOPY - Clean, crisp black & white artwork should be supplied on film paper or 8.5 x 11" white paper for each color in the design.
ELECTRONIC FILES - Files should be sent in IBM/PC format by submitting a PC formatted disk, or by email. Bitmap files such as .tif, .psd, gif. and .jpg
are acceptable but Vector files such as .cdr, .eps, and .ai are preferred.
HALFTONES - Normal halftones should be printed at 35dpi - 55dpi depending on size and detail.
